so I called in to complain about someone using my account and the first representative told me to just leave it, i'm getting the extra points for free. The second time I called, the lady just gave me back the lost points and call back if anything happened.
The third time I called was about my birthday gift being redeemed in may even though it's in July. She just told me to change my email and I did.
That didn't even work because this person had used 500 points and i can see what they had also bought. How is it that I went through 3 (now going to be 4) representatives and i still didn't get anything resolved??
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Lazy workers.
