I am a huge online shopper. I ordered about 50 dollars in merch and expected it to get here. I check my emails and find that it has been returned... They refunded me in store credit, so I went back on and bought something else. It shipped out 2 week ago which was 2 weeks after I ordered it and it still hasn't arrived. This isn't the first time this has happened to me while shopping with Sephora.

Went to Sephora which is inside the Northpark mall in Davenport, on 18 Dec 2015 at about 0540 pm and received the worst customer service ever by one of their new employees, Heather is her name. I'm a regular customer there and fortunately fir me was on of the employees that knew me. Persons like this shouldn't have this type of work. They damage the company reputation and steer customers away.
