Went to Sephora which is inside the Northpark mall in Davenport, on 18 Dec 2015 at about 0540 pm and received the worst customer service ever by one of their new employees, Heather is her name. I'm a regular customer there and fortunately fir me was on of the employees that knew me. Persons like this shouldn't have this type of work. They damage the company reputation and steer customers away.

Don't go to the one on 42nd and Madison. Not sure if it was because I was Asian but the sales didn't care at all. I asked her a question and she just brushed it off and told me she would be back. Then I saw her with other customers when i was waiting for her.
