Missing items on several orders

Hello community,

This post is a request for help or ideas of what I can do.

In the last few weeks, three of my orders have been missing product.

The first order was missing an hourglass brush, I contacted costumer service and they sent the brush back, which by the way never arrived.

The second order arrived missing a milk makeup bronzer and again I contacted customer service and they said that because they had already fulfilled my request for the hourglass brush, they couldn't do anything about it.

Today I received another package missing a lip plump from Tarte and again the response was: there's nothing we can do.

I'm tired of this situation happening over and over again, I feel like I can no longer trust Sephora and that I'm going to need to do my shopping on other sites, because their negligence is unacceptable.

I'm Sephora Rouge, I spend tons of dollars at Sephora a year and it feels like I'm being ripped off.

I'm losing hope, taking a huge loss and having a terrible consumer experience.

What else can I do about this situation? Has anyone ever experienced this? I need urgent help.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Placed an order on April 21st, 2023. Returned items shortly thereafter; Sephora received them on June 16th. An associate via chat said that the return had been received, and the refund should follow. The refund did not follow. Two weeks later, on July 1st, I filed a dispute with PayPal and won. Sephora now says that I owe them the amount of the dispute, even though they never issued the refund to me, PayPal did. Logic = missing.

Sephora USA has established as a policy to send defective products to customers who do not have the possibility to return them. For example, those that are sent abroad through cargo services . In this December out of two purchases , two have been a fraud . The first one a Dyson that never arrived , in an order of two . The second a Renergie HCF Serum came with a defective pump. What are the odds of this happening to a single customer on two different orders placed in the period of one month , if not a confirmation of your bad intention ? 670$ lost.

Sephiora you need to be ashamed of yourself. For having commercials with men and a mustache and their face are made up.

We already have a big problem with children. Not knowing what identity they want to be gender Real silent and you are just adding salt to the wound. Why would you need a commercial? Would a man wearing lipstick and a full face of makeup to sell your products?

Is disgustand I will strongly consider not supporting software and buying any of their products. If you have to go to these drastic extremes, it doesn't make any sense and is hurting our children.

Our children have enough to deal with in this evil vow word. Bro, so why would you do that

It's sickening to turn on the TV and see a man with a beard wearing lipstick. This end drug in this thing has gone way too far. I'm a person who lives and let lives. But I'm tired of this stuff. Being stuffed down my throat when I'm trying to watch a television program. Med, let alone hearing about how many kids. Don't know if they're gonna be a girl or a boy. Did not learn that getting screwed by Sephora once wasnt enough I decided to order again and they rewarded me with CHANGING MY ADDRESS THEN ACCUSING ME OF NOT UPDATING MY APPLE PAY ADDRESS AND 113$ WORTH OF MERCHANDISE ROAMING AROUND ANOTHER CITY

Sephora has an excuse for everything they do wrong and its always the customers fault

So basically I ordered , used Apple Pay and immediately see they have CHANGED my address to a place I lived 15 years ago BUT ACCUSED ME OF NOT UPDATING MY APPLE PAY ADDRESS and that the default address in my account is for shipping !

My default address is correct so whats the problem???

Well according to Sephora its now my problem. I must track down the shipment in another city and refuse delivery so it can be sent back to Sephora.

Then I must call again and ask for a refund

Then I must call again and check to see when the order returns. Then after waiting I must call again to make sure they received the returned package. Only after they get the returned package they will refund money but it could be 30 days or more

Seriously.

What do they have customer service for exactly???

They can not fix ordered. They can not correct their own mistakes

They then blame the customer

And lie to the BBB when I filled a complaint

The state of California Attorney should investigate them and put them out of business

I will forever regret I ever purchased anything from Sephora

Never will again and will tell everyone I know they just rip people off with no consequences

I have tried repeatedly to call Sephora company, a standalone Sephora store in Melbourne to see if they have a product Joe Malone Ted Roses. They never answer their phones. Ive called at least six times and its always a message with no return phone call.very poor customer service!!!
