Sephora - Returning products that have caused allergic reaction and needed to be retuned but I had no receipt
I am just totally disgusted with the experience of retuning certain items to sephora that was casing a bad reaction. However I had no receipt and was looking for a credit since I purchase 1000 of dollars at this store and to my surprise a get a denied receipt ?????
WAIT WHY !!!! and than I was told by a very helpful manager said that if my license was ran for returns than it will be in the system. and i said wait why not educate the customer on this so even when I have had my receipt the associate with always ask for my license without even knowing this I could have told them no use the receipt only and now i pay the consequence.
I have products I need to return and need you to tell me how this can be done I cannot use the products since I have to go pay a dermatologist after the allergic reaction !!!
