I bought the Flash 2 Day Shipping Subscription and it got delivered to me 7 days later and they never reimburse me for that inconvenience especially it's a service I'm paying for. I am a huge online shopper. I ordered about 50 dollars in merch and expected it to get here. I check my emails and find that it has been returned... They refunded me in store credit, so I went back on and bought something else. It shipped out 2 week ago which was 2 weeks after I ordered it and it still hasn't arrived. This isn't the first time this has happened to me while shopping with Sephora.
